Net prices are shown only after we have reviewed your request and activated your access. This ensures that business terms go to businesses, clubs and organisations.

Business customers order on invoice with 14 days payment terms, or pay by credit card or PayPal. Activation as a business customer includes a short check of your company details and credit standing.

Yes. After activation, order up to three pieces at business prices and check fit, material and workmanship. If they do not suit you, we take them back free of charge within 14 days. With a follow-up order of 25 pieces or more, we credit the samples.

For companies, clubs and organisations (own use), yes: from 10 pieces around 5 percent, from 25 pieces around 10 percent, from 50 pieces around 15 percent off the net price, e.g. long-sleeve shirt €57 instead of €60 net. All styles, colours and sizes in one order count together. From 100 pieces we prepare an individual quote. Retailers receive fixed trade net prices, carriage paid from €300 net.

From our warehouse in Germany: dispatched usually within 1 to 2 business days, delivered by DHL within 3 to 5 business days after ordering. Shipping per order by quantity: 1 to 9 pieces €4.95, 10 to 24 pieces €9.95, 25 to 49 pieces €19.95, 50 pieces and more €34.95, all net. Retailers ship free from €300 net order value.

Yes, for business customers on request. Within the EU we deliver VAT-free as an intra-community supply if you provide a valid VAT ID. Mention it in the form and we will arrange shipping, customs and handling individually.

Yes. Members of the German BG BAU receive subsidies for UV protective clothing, up to 50 percent, maximum €30 per item. We support you with the paperwork.

Yes, on our UV long-sleeve and hooded shirts: on the left chest (up to 8 × 3 cm) or the outer upper arm (up to 6 × 2.5 cm), or both. Available from 10 pieces per design, reorders from 5 pieces. Before printing, you receive a proof for approval. You will find the prices above under ‘With your logo’. With a business account, you order directly in the shop via your cart; otherwise, use the enquiry form above. We do not print on leggings or swim shorts.

A vector file (PDF, EPS, AI or SVG) works best. If your logo is only available as an image file, please get in touch. We print in four-colour process, so multicolour logos cost nothing extra. We reproduce company colours as accurately as possible; slight deviations from Pantone shades are possible. Gold, silver and special effects are available on request using flex film. We do not offer embroidery: our shirts are personal protective equipment against UV radiation, and the needle holes would pierce the tested fabric.

Our clothing is tested to UV STANDARD 801 at the Hohenstein Institute (certificates 24.1.10.0433-80-1 and 24.1.10.0434-80-1) and achieves UPF 80, measured stretched and wet. UV long-sleeve shirts, hooded shirts and the men’s swim shorts are additionally certified to OEKO‑TEX® STANDARD 100 (certificate 26.HDE.40385, Hohenstein).

Business customers are covered by our Terms & Conditions for Business Customers; there is no consumer right of withdrawal. If a size does not fit, we exchange unused goods within 14 days of receipt: replacement at the original price, return via our returns portal, both free of shipping costs for you. Items finished with a logo are excluded from exchange. For defects or wrong deliveries the statutory warranty applies. A short message with a photo to customer.service@uveekai.com is enough and we will sort it out quickly and personally.
