Returns & Exchanges

30-day return policy — You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Free returns — UVEEKAI covers the return shipping costs. You'll receive a free return label.

Defective items — For damaged or defective items, we'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund — After receipt and inspection of the return, we'll refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days.

Incomplete shipment

If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 14 days via our contact form. Have your order number and a photo of the delivery note ready. We'll review the case promptly and arrange free reshipment of the missing items or a corresponding partial refund to your original payment method.
