1 Request a Return

Send us an email to info@uveekai.com with your order number. Alternatively, use the return function in your customer account.

2 Receive Return Label & Drop Off

Depending on your country, you'll receive either a QR code (no printer needed) or a printable shipping label. Simply drop off your parcel at the nearest service point. For details on which option is available in your country, see our FAQ.

3 Receive Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll refund the purchase price within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange

Want a different size or colour? Return the original item (free returns within 30 days) and place a new order for the size or colour you prefer. We refund the original purchase via your original payment method as soon as the return reaches us. Need help choosing? Our customer service team is happy to assist via the contact form.

Defective Items

Contact us at info@uveekai.com with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement immediately — at no cost to you.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

What to Do if There's a Delivery Problem?

If something goes wrong with your delivery, we've got you covered. Whether your parcel never arrives or you receive the wrong item, we'll resolve it quickly and at no cost to you.

Order Never Arrived

If your parcel doesn't reach you, first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If the status remains unchanged for several days, contact us via our contact form or at info@uveekai.com. We'll start an investigation with DHL and — if the parcel cannot be located — arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days via our contact form or at info@uveekai.com. We'll send you a free return label right away and make sure you receive the correct item — either as a replacement shipment or as a full refund. We cover all shipping costs for the wrong delivery.
