Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All UV protection products by uveekai GmbH & Co. KG comply with the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and are classified as Personal Protective Equipment Category I (simple PPE).
The conformity assessment was carried out by the Hohenstein Institute (Notified Body No. 0555) and confirms that our products meet the applicable requirements for UV protective clothing.

UV STANDARD 801 is considered the world's strictest UV protection standard, as it measures under realistic conditions (stretching, moisture, wear). Our products achieve a UPF of 80 under these conditions — meaning over 98 % of UV radiation is blocked.
